We check and restore our analog cameras in our workshops in Lyon since 2012.
This model is a nice Canon AE-1. It's still boxed in its original box from the Olympic Games of 1980 and with its invoice from 1978. The camera might have been used for 1 or 2 rolls but wears nearly no signs of age. It's really rare to find one in such a condition. It is sold with its body cap, original box, leaflet and invoice. No lens included.
This camera has a lightmeter which can be read when shooting, it has speeds from 2s to 1/1000s and flash synchronisation at 1/60". This camera is an analog legend and was mass produced.
This camera has been fully checked and is ready to work. Everything is working: shutter, shutter speeds, mirror, light meter, self timer... Some marks on the body.
It is sold with one new battery.
This model is sold without a lens.
All our cameras are antiques and may wear signs of use. The pictures will give you a better glimpse of the condition.
