We check and restore our analog cameras in our workshops in Lyon since 2012.

This model is a nice Olympus OM1. It was a revolution in the analog world: it was produced at the time of the Nikon F2 and Canon F-1 and this Olympus brings two major changes. First: the size, it is so small compared to the cameras produced at the time. Second the light cell, it calculates the amount of light not before the shutter time but during it. This technology makes the photography with flash much easier and will be reproduced by all the manufacturers afterward.

This reflex has nice features: manual speed from 1/1000s to 1 sec, B pose, self timer, ...

This camera has been fully checked and is ready to work. Everything is working: shutter, shutter speeds, mirror, light meter, self timer, ... Please note: Some marks in the viewfiner which won't be seen on pictures.

It is sold with one new battery and its original "Shoe Lock" for the flash.
