This model is a nice Olympus OM2 Chrome. It was a revolution in the analog world: it was produced at the time of the Nikon F2 and Canon F-1 and this Olympus brings two major changes. First: the size, it is so small compared to the cameras produced at the time. Second the light cell, it calculates the amount of light not before the shutter time but during it. This technology makes the photography with flash much easier and will be reproduced by all the manufacturers afterward.
This reflex has nice features: manual speed from 1/1000s to 1 sec, B pose, over and under exposure button, self timer, flash coupling...
This camera has been fully checked and is ready to work. Everything is working: shutter, shutter speeds, mirror, light meter, self timer, auto mode, flash coupling... Please note: light internal traces in the viewfinder, some signs of use on the body.
It is sold with two new batteries.
This model is sold with its lens:
Zuiko 50mm 1: 1.8. Please note: light internal haze and traces.
All our cameras are antiques and may wear signs of use. The pictures will give you a better glimpse of the condition.
