This wall light is "Swan Neck" and Brass Splitter made in China & Brass. This model is really wide and gives a good space from the wall which allows to place three lightbulbs...

Basis:

This china ceiling rose is 105mm wide with three fixing points and 2 thread passages on the side.

Neck:

This brass neck is thick and 21cm long, it is linked to the rose and socket thanks to M10 tubes. All the threads can go inside (twisted or round). Please note that you will need around 40cm of wire to connect your wall light from the basis to the core of the splitter.

Splitter:

The splitter holds 3 brass sockets with children security complying with CE norms (for inside). These sockets are for E27 lightbulbs.
