The Opening of La Limonade Marinette
Marinette's story began in 2009 with the opening of La limonade de Marinette. Marinette's son, Gérard, opened this establishment to share his collection and passion for the world of 1950s/60s advertising. The place is a unique recreation of a general store from the "Trente Glorieuses" (Thirty Glorious Years) in France.
Come and enjoy our artisanal lemonade, our coffees and hot chocolates, as well as our homemade cookies.

Marinette's Workshops

It was in 2011 that Thibault, Marinette's grandson, created the shop "Les ateliers de Marinette".
The establishment quickly evolved from a traditional antique shop to a brand specializing in vintage stock and analog photography.
Its strong online presence allowed it to become known internationally, thus driving Marinette's development.

A new shop in St Jean
As part of its evolution, Les ateliers de Marinette is opening a new establishment in a legendary district of Old Lyon: the St Jean district.
This new custom-built shop with a unique layout offers hundreds of vintage stock items, old papers, period magazines and other wonders to discover on site.
The space houses two other universes: the "Les trouvailles de Marinette" flea market run by Gérard, Thibault's father, and "Le labo de Marinette", which hosts our silver-halide workshops.

The creation of the Photo Lab
Our darkroom laboratory is located at the back of the new shop at 13, rue de la Bombarde.
We offer various workshops, from photography and development to darkroom printing using an enlarger.
