1950s Lottery Machine
Hollow plastic lottery machine filled with sand, allowing a wheel to spin. Two lottery games: number or color are present on the sides of the "hourglass."

Never used - The sand being vintage and having possibly dried, shake the machine well to ensure the wheel turns.
