Canon A-1 & 55mm 3.5 Macro

We revise and restore all our old silver halide cameras in our workshops in Lyon.

This model is a Canon A-1. This camera is an SLR with an integrated light meter, read in the viewfinder. It has all the characteristics of the Canon AE-1, but with the addition of Program mode. This multi-mode camera features a Program mode with selected aperture and shutter speed, aperture priority mode, shutter priority mode, manual mode, flash coupling... All you have to do is focus, and the camera takes care of the rest!

It has a Bulb setting (for long exposures), shutter speeds from 30s to 1/1000s, a self-timer, ...

This camera is a classic in the world of film photography.

Completely revised: shutter speeds, self-timer, winding, mirror, shutter release, light meter... Note: the camera shows signs of wear.

A 4SR44 battery is supplied with the camera body.
