Canon Canonet QL17 & 40mm 1.7

We revise and restore all our old silver film cameras in our workshops in Lyon.

This model is a Canon Canonet QL17, a rangefinder compact camera with manual and semi-automatic modes (shutter priority).

It has speeds ranging from 1/4s to 1/500s and B pose, flash sync at 1/30s.

Fully serviced: shutter, speeds, apertures, film advance, light meter, rangefinder... Please note: the camera shows signs of wear, as well as a slight impact on the side. Be careful with the light meter in bright sunlight; it is common for it to saturate and go beyond F16 in semi-automatic mode. Simply aim at a darker area showing F16, half-press the shutter, and reframe the desired scene.

The lens is a Canon 40mm 1:1.7. No scratches. Please note: Some marks on the back of the lens (no impact on image quality) and some dust.

A V625U battery is supplied with the camera.
