Canon Canonet QL17 GIII & 40mm 1.7

We revise and restore all our old silver film cameras in our workshops in Lyon.

This model is a Canon Canonet QL17 GIII, a compact rangefinder with manual and semi-automatic modes (shutter priority).

It has speeds ranging from 1/4s to 1/500s and Bulb mode, flash sync at 1/30s.

Fully serviced: shutter, speeds, apertures, film advance, light meter, rangefinder... Please note: the camera shows signs of wear. Be careful with the light meter in bright sunlight; it's common for it to saturate and go beyond F16 in semi-automatic mode. Simply aim at a darker area displaying F16, half-press the shutter, and reframe the desired scene. Some dust in the viewfinder.

The lens is a Canon 40mm 1:1.7. No fungus. Please note: a micro scratch on the front.

A V625U battery is supplied with the camera.
