We service and restore all our vintage film camera bodies in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is a beautiful Nikon F "Apollo" with its Photomic. The Nikon F is a legend in the world of photography; it was the first SLR camera ever produced. It is known for being "indestructible" and covered major events of the last century: the Vietnam War... It was highly favored by war reporters.
The Apollo series includes all the last Nikon F cameras produced before the release of the Nikon F2. They are recognizable by the film advance lever and self-timer, which have the same finishes as the Nikon F2. As the last F models produced, these camera bodies are renowned for their particular robustness.
