Description
We service and restore all our old film camera bodies in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is a beautiful Nikon F2 with its Photomic AS. The Nikon F2 is the successor to the legendary Nikon F, the first SLR camera produced. It is considered the best-designed mechanical SLR in the world. The F2 has an improved shutter with speeds ranging from 10s (via the self-timer) to 1/2000s. Loading is no longer done with a sliding back but with a hinged door.
Fully serviced: speeds, self-timer, winding, mirror, shutter release, meter, etc.
Please note: The meter only works by activating the depth-of-field preview. Some signs of wear on the body, and slight impacts on the top/baseplate. Some traces in the viewfinder (no impact). Winding lever sometimes a little stiff. Micro-scratches on the mirror (no impact).
This camera body is sold with its lens:
Nikkor 50mm 1:1.4. Please note: Slight haze of dust and small fungus on the edges of the front lens (does not affect the image).
