Olympus 35 RC & 42mm 2.8
Description
We review and restore all our old silver camera bodies in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is an Olympus 35 RC, a compact rangefinder camera with a light meter.
It has shutter speeds from 1/15s to 1/500s and a Bulb mode. Please note: This camera traditionally has a self-timer, but its lever is broken on this model, so the self-timer cannot be used.
It also has an automatic mode for faster shooting using the light meter.
In automatic mode, shooting is blocked if there is not enough light.
Fully overhauled: shutter, speeds, winding, light meter, automatic mode, rangefinder...
A V625U battery is supplied with the camera.
The lens is an E.Zuiko 42mm 1:2.8. Please note: a large number of micro-scratches on the front lens. Slight internal fungus.
