Olympus OM1 & Zuiko 50mm 1.4

Description
We service and restore all our old film cameras in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is an Olympus OM1. This camera is a legend in film photography.
It broke the codes imposed at the time by Nikon (Nikon F2) and Canon (Canon F-1) by offering an extremely compact body, much smaller than those available at the time. It also offered a new light metering system that took place not before but during the shot. This greatly facilitated flash work, and this system was later popularized by all manufacturers.
This camera has many features: speeds from 1/1000s to 1 second, B mode, self-timer, manual mode, shoe lock (not visible in the photos)... Note: Traces present in the viewfinder, but not present in the photos.
Fully serviced: speeds, self-timer, winding mechanism, mirror, shutter, light meter, ...
A battery is supplied with the camera body, as well as its "Shoe Lock" for mounting a flash.
This camera body is sold with its lens:
Zuiko MC Auto-S 50mm 1:1.4. Note: internal fungus and scratches on the rear element (see photos). Minor impact.
All our cameras are vintage: they may show signs of wear. The photos are there to best describe the condition of the items. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further information.
