Description
We revise and restore all our old film cameras in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is a black Rollei 35 S, an extremely compact camera with a very beautiful Tessar lens.
It has speeds ranging from 1/2s to 1/500s, fully manual with a light meter.
Fully overhauled: shutter, speeds, apertures, winding, light meter, ...
Very important: To retract the lens, the camera must be wound, and you need to slightly twist the lens and push it in. Do not perform this operation with the camera unwound.
The lens is a Sonnar 40mm 1:2.8, in very good condition. Known for its precision and delivering very beautiful images. A step above the Tessar 40mm 3.5. Please note: the sliding seal of the optics has been changed, the optical tube is a bit stiffer to pull out. No fungus.
A V625U battery is supplied with the camera, as well as its original strap.
