We service and restore all our old film cameras in our workshops in Lyon.
This model is a rare black Yashica T2 Date. This camera is one of the best Point & Shoot cameras from the late 1980s.
It features an exceptionally high-quality lens: the Carl Zeiss Tessar.
Recognized for its qualities and robustness, it has the particularity of having a protective "screen" in front of the lens to protect it. This screen only opens when taking a photo, thus ensuring the cleanliness of the lens.
Fully automatic: light metering, autofocus, film advance, rewind... This compact camera is very easy to use. The flash can be controlled.
This model also features a date back.
Fully serviced: speeds, self-timer, film advance, autofocus, shutter, light meter... Please note: the plastic of these cameras is known to be very fragile, especially on the battery compartment. We had to reinforce the battery compartment with two screws.
A 2CR5 battery is supplied with the camera.

Carl Zeiss Tessar 35mm 1:3.5. No scratches. This lens is highly renowned in the world of photography. Please note: a slight fungus on the front lens, no impact on the photo.
